My Passion for Baking
My name is Olivia Werstine, and my journey into baking started in childhood, where I found joy in creating delightful desserts for family and friends. As a dedicated baker with a love for quality and creativity, I founded Loula's Sweet Treats in early 2025 to share my passion for handcrafted baked goods. Every treat is made with care, precision, and a touch of love, ensuring a memorable experience with every bite.
Professional Accomplishments
I am a graduate of the Baking and Pastry Arts Management program at Fanshawe College. During my two years of study, I had the opportunity to travel to Italy, where I completed an Italian pastry course at CAST. I further honed my skills in Switzerland, taking a course specializing in bread making at the prestigious Richemont Craft School for Bakery and Confectionery. With the combination of these specialized courses and the comprehensive training from my program, I have built a strong and professional foundation in the art of baking and pastry.
